Breathing Space offers a combination of guided physical exercises and vocalizations, accompanied by gentle music. Breathing Space expands your breath support, frees your voice, and sets the path for lifelong vocal health.

When our breathing is deep and slow, our heart rates become steady and stress hormones decrease. Vocal vibrations can lower heart rates, relax brain waves, and reduce respiratory stress.

Voices thrive when we are at peace and relaxed, and when paired with correct breath support, they soar. Voice, after all, are the windows to our souls.

Developed by award-winning musician Christel Veraart, and based on the same techniques used by professional singers and musicians worldwide.
